The Steam Team set off early on Wednesday morning to begin the Yorkshire 3 Peaks.

The more ‘energetic’ walkers pushed ahead to set a fantastic time of 7 hours.

Meanwhile the main group pressed on with take away pizza and burgers on Whernside to the bemusement of the rest of the group and eventually came in with a very respectable time of 11 hours, all managing to make the 3 Peak Club time of 12 hours.
